There Is Always Room For Improvement

THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
-HANUMAT SHARMA

“Just because you are born with a malady, it doesn’t mean that it defines you. Destiny is a false notion; you are destined to make a choice.” -Anonymous

Improvement is boundless; perfection is a myth. There is always a way in which you can improve something, but the only thing that matters is the way you perceive things. The way you groom your personality is something that defines you.

Talent is not inherited; you have to explore it and in this path you will face a lot of challenges. The most successful person in life is the one who whole-heartedly accepts challenges. While working, the things which you do correctly are a notch below than the ones which are wrongly done because they help you to introspect and analyze where you lack. If you lack something, accept it with humility and be ready to face the obstacles on your path of improvement.  Acceptance is the most major obstacle on your path; you should always be more ready for a loss rather than victory. Never let your victory make you high-headed and never let your loss make you quit. Work hard to accept, harder to improve & strike back in the hardest possible way.

“If I have the belief that I can do it, I will surely acquire the capacity to do it. Even if I may not have it in the beginning” – Mahatma Gandhi

Accept Criticism with Poise

Accept Criticism with poise -Hanumat Sharma Criticism is imperative.   One can’t let anything and everything get into one’s head and shatter the peace of mind. The world today has developed a notion that vindictiveness is the solution to lock stock and barrel. Is it? Image Credits-  https://images.app.goo.gl/ LbwPeT5MHZnLg3k36 Well, it is not so.   It is always said that one should remain close to the people who criticize you. The prowess of remaining ever-beaming and positive towards the ones who thrive on your weakness is not only an answer but your subtle win. Moreover, they are the ones who place a mirror in front of you, a mirror which reflects all your weaknesses. To accept criticism objectively can only be achieved by a person who has a modest amount of patience and composure. Another response to these people should not be antagonistic but it should be empathetic. Never presume what somebody tells you is irrational or wrong. Respect other’s...

THE ART OF FORGIVENESS

THE ART OF FORGIVENESS. -HANUMAT SHARMA “An eye for an eye will only make the whole world blind.” ―  Mahatma Gandhi If revenge is the best alternative for everything, then the existence of mankind is impossible. It is necessary for one to understand the importance and positive effects of the act of forgiveness. Forgiveness is just like one’s goals. If one works hard to achieve his goals, the result is satisfactory; the same way if someone works hard in forgiving someone it not only satisfies you, but purifies your soul. In this world of possibilities, it is possible that sometimes even the most coolheaded ones get angry at something, that doesn’t mean that their basic nature is the same. Circumstances make people do some things which they don’t intend to. The purest minds are the ones who try to understand the condition under which a person has done a mistake. https://www1.cbn.com/sites/default/files/styles/image_xl_640x480/public/handsforgivepaperas_si.jpg?...

Trying your Best is the Most Important

Trying your best is the most important -Hanumat Sharma “God creates us to compete. He creates us to win. It matters. But you've got no chance if you don't do your best.” – Dabo Swinney You cannot determine the outcome of something on which you work; you can only try your best to achieve a favorable outcome. Being a table tennis player, I always follow one fundamental mantra; Play at the merit of the ball and not under the pressure of the scoreboard. This mantra might look very simple, but if this is applied in life, the problem of stress would no longer exist. An exam is just like a game of table tennis. When the ball is in your court; you hit it in the best possible way and return it the ball to the opponent’s side. The same is the case with an exam you take; the time you get to prepare is the same as when the ball is in your court. The thing that matters is how you utilize this time, prepare well and appear in the exam which determines your sense of responsibil...
